Canadian sugar pie

Ingredients
- 370 g brown sugar, or 470 ml
- 3 tbsp flour
- 370 ml condensed milk, or 340 g
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 40 g butter, chopped in tiny cubes
- 1 pie crust
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 175ºC.
- Mix the brown sugar and flour.
- Add the eggs, condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- Add the butter cubes until there are no big clumps.
- Butter a pie form, and place the pie shell inside. Pour the mixture into the pie shell.
- Bake at 175ºC for about 45 minutes.
- Take the pie out of the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then leave it in the fridge overnight.
