Preparation

  1. Cut the potatoes in thin, 2 mm slices
  2. In a bowl, mix potatoes, garlic, nutmeg, salt, pepper and cream.
  3. Butter a baking dish, and lay down the potatoes in flat layers.
  4. Cook for about 30 minutes at 200ºC with the fan on.
  5. Add a handful of cheese on top, and cook for an extra 5 minutes.
