A rich, salty vegan cookie recipe that takes 20 minutes to make and never fails to please.

Ingredients

  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 130 g peanut butter
  • 115 g cane sugar
  • 65 g flour
  • 1 tsp table salt
  • 12 g baking powder
  • 1 bananas, mashed

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven at 180ºC.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Form 45g balls, and place them on a buttered baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 180ºC for around 12 minutes.
