A rich, salty vegan cookie recipe that takes 20 minutes to make and never fails to please.



  1. Preheat the oven at 180ºC.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Start by mashing the banana into a puree.
  3. Form 45g balls, and place them on a buttered baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 180ºC for around 12 minutes.
