A rich, salty vegan cookie recipe that takes 20 minutes to make and never fails to please.
Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 130 g peanut butter
- 115 g cane sugar
- 65 g flour
- 1 tsp table salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 banana, mashed
Preparation
- Preheat the oven at 180ºC.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Start by mashing the banana into a puree.
- Form 45g balls, and place them on a buttered baking sheet.
- Bake at 180ºC for around 12 minutes.
