Fluffy pancakes

Ingredients
- 200 g milk (190 ml)
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 120 g flour (1 cup)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation
- Mix the milk and vinegar, and rest for about 5 minutes.
- Mix the dry ingredients
- Mix the wet ingredients
- Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
- Heat a pan to medium heat, then make small 10-15 cm pancakes. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
