Berlin is lovely in May. I finally get to sit on my balcony all day, and it makes the events seem so much more palatable. My umbrella flaps gently in the breeze. Blackbird whistles and robin chirps. Clanking plates and chatting neighbours a few stories below. It’s nice to be here.
