Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and brown the onions on low heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; cook 2–4 minutes.
  3. Stir in meat, tomato, chili, salt, pepper, and spices; mix well.
  4. Cook until the desired texture is reached.
  5. Stir in parsley and butter and cook briefly.
  6. Serve hot with rice or pitas.
